Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization that partners with volunteers from the community to teach elementary students about their roles as individuals, workers and consumers, and to prepare middle and high school students for key economic and workforce issues they will face.

Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass reached 16,167 students in 733 classrooms during the 2006-2007 school year in Fayette and 10 surrounding counties
